A new look for noise barriers

We present the unique new range of HAMPPEP NATURAL noise barriers. The use of new technology and material gives our noise barriers an attractive natural wood design and other utility features.
We have incorporated our customers' need for noise damping, minimal maintenance and especially the tasteful blending of noise barriers into the surrounding environment.
Some of the advantages of this new design include the fact that the modular system makes it easy to replace damaged sections and 100% recyclability.
In structural terms HAMPPEP NATURAL noise barriers are designed in a similar way to HAMPPEP B13.
Various colour schemes available (can be extended to suit the specific needs of the client).
By combining various colours and wood designs it is possible to create mosaics and interesting and original noise barriers.
We have erected one of the new noise barriers, for example, in Lipník nad Bečvou, where it shields a trading company complex from a noisy road, and in a nursery school in Prague.

ETICS 2009 starting set - protect the lower edge of external thermal insulating composite systems.
MATEICIUC a.s., in co-operation with company HPI-CZ spol. s r.o., has prepared for you an innovation on the field of insulation systems. It is a starting set ETICS 2009, which allows system foundation and meets NEW requirements of buildings fire protection according to standard ČSN 73 0802:2009, which is becoming operative in May/June of this year. The Set can be used in contact insulation systems ETICS of all manufacturers.

Children’s Day in our company

We celebrate with our kids.
On Friday June 26th, 2009, with small delay, we celebrated Children's Day. Little Indians spent collective afternoon with heroes of Karl May books - namely: Vinnetou, Old Shatterhand, Sam Hawkens, Nšo-či, Ribanna, Inču-čuna and further characters of Wild West. This event was not only for employees MATEICIUC company but also for Gerlich a Synotec.
Modification of corner bead-„sharp type“

Due to pressure on price reduction for profile D/01 (corner bead-„sharp type") the shape was modified to oval, which allowed to safe a material.
Further advantage is to raise functionality of profile (D/01.7) because of better penetration of cementing compound.
Product innovation

We introduced to the market of plastic and construction profiles for ETICS system improved profile with dripnose bead.
Perspective surface of profile is covered by protecting tape, which protects against pollution by building materials. After the applying of surface treatment, the tape is easily removed. The result is clean, smooth, superficially perfect surface of profile.
Supervisory audit of quality management system

Our company passed supervisory audit of quality management system.
On 21st January 2009, TÜV SÜD Prague made in our company supervisory audit of quality management system. Part of the audit was also extention of our product range by production of sound protection walls. There was not any discrepancy against ISO 9001:2008 standard discovered during the the audit.
New Conner arch bead (angle arch bead) „M“

The new plastic Conner arch bead (angle arch bead) „M" (C/04.1) has extended our product range of dry wall beads.
This profile is used for the protection, stabilization and accurate making of edges. It is used for making of untypical shapes, especially in arch making. It is applied on large and medium arches. The bead is set to an edge and fixed accordingly in respekt to plaster thickness, the set edge is aligned; when making the arches, the profiles must be formed gradually and equally according to the arch angle. Length 2,5 m and packing 50 pcs.

The new universal corner bead with glass fibre mesh 100x100 (D/30) has extended our product range of building profiles for ETICS.
The new universal corner bead with glass fibre mesh 100x100 (D/30) has extended our product range of building profiles for ETICS. For all types of outer angles - variable using, chemically stable, not reacting with a plaster. Stabilization of corners , adges, window and door cases. Cornner profiles with fabric cover over corner or edge areas in optimum way. The profile is delivered in rolls, needless to connect profiles.
Movement bead co-extruded

We extended our range of isolation profiles with movement - bead under-plaster profiles, continuous (D32) and corner (D/31) types.
Profiles are used as a protection against cracking arisen due to insulation material tension, providing of an equal dilatation connection. The profile are designed for moving joints, dilatation functionality 10-30 mm. Profiles serve as a prevention of entry of pollution and humidity under the insulation material. Production length: 2,5 m and packing 25 pcs.
